Seats by the year, for as little as $1 a seat.

An organization buys seats for a year, any number from 5 up, and every seat gets Pro. The more seats, the less each one costs.

Priced like tax brackets. The first 5 seats are $60 together. After that, each seat costs its band's rate: $8 for seats 6 to 25, $5 for 26 to 100, $2.50 for 101 to 1,000 and $1 for each seat past 1,000. From 5,000 seats, every seat is $1. So adding a seat never lowers the price.

Some sizes, before any extra storage
SeatsA yearA seatStorage
5$60$1250 GB
10$100$1050 GB
25$220$8.80100 GB
100$595$5.95250 GB
1,000$2,845$2.85500 GB
5,000$5,000$1500 GB
20,000$20,000$1500 GB

From 3,155 to 5,000 seats the price holds at $5,000, the same as 5,000 seats. Take the 5,000.

  • Seats aren't people. Hand a seat on when someone leaves and someone else arrives. The number of seats only limits how many are in use at once.
  • People keep their accounts. Joining adds the organization's Pro and storage; leaving takes away only those. Anything people bought themselves stays theirs, and one person can be in several organizations.
  • Your email domain, or a code. Verify your organization's email domain (a DNS record, which IT adds), and anyone with a verified address there can take a seat without an invite. A department can invite people by code instead.

Storage for share links Planned

Send a link instead of a file. Share links will need somewhere to keep the video, so storage has a yearly price. You pay for what's stored, never for how often it's watched.

  • On your own. $30 a year for 50 GB.
  • With an organization. Every plan comes with a shared pool, bigger as the plan grows. More is $60 a year for each 100 GB, the same price at every size.
  • Whenever you need it. Add storage when you sign up or at any time. Added mid-year, it's charged for the rest of the plan year, so everything renews on one date, on one invoice.

Int. the IT office — the first week of term

When a plan fills up.

Running out of seats or storage doesn't lose anything or stop anyone recording. The plan stretches a little, and admins are warned along the way.

  • More people than seats. People can keep joining a full plan, up to 10% over (3 more on a plan of 25; always at least one). The extra seats are billed at renewal, at the most that were in use at once.
  • More video than storage, on a smaller plan. New share links stop at the pool and stay on people's devices until there's room: nothing is lost, and nothing is blocked. An admin can turn on overage instead.
  • Overage, on a bigger plan. Plans of 1,000 seats or more, and any plan paid by invoice, have overage on unless an admin turns it off. Storage past the plan is billed by the GB-month at the same rate as a block ($5 per 100 GB a month), on the renewal invoice, up to a limit the admin sets. Clearing space stops it at once, and deleting costs nothing.
  • Warnings first. Admins hear as storage fills, when it goes over, and as it nears their limit. The same goes for seats, and there's a word before the plan renews.

Int. the box office — moments later

Asked at the counter.

Is there a subscription?

Not for Pro: it's bought once. Organization plans and storage for share links are yearly, and you need neither to record, edit, caption or export.

Why a limit on length, not on file size?

Minutes are easy to know before you start; file sizes aren't. Fifteen minutes covers most short videos. Longer ones are what Pro is for.

Do I pay again on each device?

No. Pro belongs to your account, so it works on every device you sign in on.

What if we go over?

Nothing stops working. People can join up to 10% past your seats, and those seats are billed at renewal. Share links past your storage wait on people's devices, or, if overage is on, they're billed by the month until you clear space or reach your limit. More on going over

Is there a price for a whole campus?

Yes, and it's on the slider: 20,000 seats are $20,000 a year, with 500 GB of shared storage. There's no quote to wait for. If the slider doesn't answer it, write to us.
